Aaron is a lifelong resident of the Aynor, SC area. Upon graduation from Aynor High School, he worked with the former PYA Monarch for ten years. After climbing the corporate ladder to receiving clerk, the company relocated to Lexington, SC. Preferring to stay with his roots, he accepted a truck driver/customer service position. He continued to desire more and entered the construction field, Aaron was a floor covering salesman and later become a manager of installation. Desiring to help the residents of Horry county make their dreams of obtaining the perfect home come true, he pursued a career as a licensed contractor. With the shortage of skilled labor, he decided to become a framer and trim carpenter. After the downfall of building in 2008, Aaron joined SB Turf as a truck driver and worked in the production of turfgrass and landscape mulch. Once again, Aaron grew into the job of customer service by becoming the fleet dispatcher. Throughout his career, Aaron has been in almost every aspect of construction and leaned heavily towards serving the needs of clients. As a realtor, he is eager to help buyers and sellers alike. His down-to-earth personality proves beneficial time and time again, as he truly listens to the desires of his clients and works diligently to serve their best interests. He knows the area of Horry county extensively and takes the time to study its ever-changing aspects.
Aaron currently resides in Aynor with his wife Marie. He enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing, and being with his family. He has three children, two step-children, and 5 grandchildren. Growing up in Aynor and spending summers at the beach, Jill Lovell has extensive knowledge of the community and the Grand Strand area. Jill focuses primarily on residential real estate brokerage, working with both buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth and pleasant home buying or selling experience.
Jill is a native of the Aynor community and the Grand Strand, a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Education. She is an educator with Horry County Schools, former coach and currently teaches in the Aynor School District. Jill currently serves on the Horry County Higher Education Commission at Coastal Carolina University. She is a member of the Aynor United Methodist Church and a former member of both the Aynor Pilot Club and Order of the Eastern Star. Jill is actively involved in volunteer work with the American Heart Association and the Children's Miracle Network. She currently resides in Aynor with her son Andrew.
